What We Collect

When you use Resetyl, we collect information you provide through our visa eligibility quiz, including your nationality, work situation, income range, lifestyle preferences, and email address. This information is used to generate your personalized visa recommendations and city matches.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide personalized visa and city recommendations, deliver purchased guides and consultation bookings, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, guide delivery), and improve our quiz and matching algorithms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU) and is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (magic link login sessions) and localStorage for quiz progress persistence. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated website usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@resetyl.com. We will delete all personal data associated with your email address within 30 days of your request.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Cal.com (consultation scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.
